The Relationship Between Employee Job Stress and Employee Performance

With the many problems that occur in company where researcher works, is interested conducting this research. This study aims to determine relationship between employee job stress and performance. The method used a quantitative method. Samples were taken as 35 people. data collection technique of research questionnaire literature study. Analysis simple linear regression analysis. results analysis obtained equation Y = 36,778 +-, 345 X. Hypothesis testing using t test, which shows work conflict variable has negative significant effect on conclusion there performance , meaning higher lower 's
